The Staff are easily mistakable for the patients, lacking in awareness and urgency. Getting help turns into a game of hot potato being passed around looking for a mystical employee with purview. To their credit they are all well adept at admitting to not being responsible for anything and powerless to help in any way. Even if the task is finding wheelchair legs.
