Spider infestations. No physical therapy ever performed on the residents. Lack of respect towards patients (i.e. taunting, hitting, etc). Disrespectful staff. Horrible management. Hospice residents are treated as if they are already dead (i.e. they're the last ones to get dressed/fed in the mornings, they're bed sheets aren't changed, lotions to prevent chaffing aren't used on them). The RNs illegally hand down medications to the assistants so they'll administer them & not the RNs (to cut down time used).

I took a tour here and fell in love with the people and the helpful staff. I was greeted with a smile and never looked back!

BEWARE Meadow Lakes gives POOR helath care. PLEASE think twice before putting your loved ones with in this location. I learned my lesson the hard way and removed loved one as fast as I could. I hate to give this so called health care a 1 star. 0 stars POOR administration!!! Meadow Lakes of Mooresville Indiana

Very friendly staff, they worked really hard to help me move my father across state lines. Clean but some hallways seem cluttered at times.

Very expensive.I would never put anyone of any age in their.Very understaffed and very poor care I wouldn't send an enemy their, let alone a parent!!
