Dad had a short stay at Riverwalk and we cannot say enough about the staff. From Colt in the front office to every member of the staff we encountered, they were all amazing!

i was inform that a family member,room is filthy , items are not being handle properly, room is never clean,family has observe the room , garbage can not empty, for days floors filthy , clutter on floor been there for days , we depend and trust on you for their well being and awesome care, we understand that some day you may be short staff, but if i walk into a room and see a constant strings of thighs that as a former c.n.a , not being taken care of , something is wrong. these people rely on you as staff members and workers... read more

I agree with the other review. Management sucks! Ms. Santos does not respond to calls when the water isn't running or when the furnace went down. The maintenance workers did not speak much English so I could not explain to them the problems I was having. A delivery driver was robbed at gun point & a vehicle was damaged by bullets and management did not care.
Hillcrest apt is managed by a poor management company! They have cockroaches and there maintenance team is the worst it can be! Highly not recommended by me Ex resident!
Very expensive.I would never put anyone of any age in their.Very understaffed and very poor care I wouldn't send an enemy their, let alone a parent!!
