Dad had a short stay at Riverwalk and we cannot say enough about the staff. From Colt in the front office to every member of the staff we encountered, they were all amazing!
I love this place! My grandma lives here long term and she always talks about how kind everyone one is. I haven’t seen anything wrong with the care since I’ve been here.

i was inform that a family member,room is filthy , items are not being handle properly, room is never clean,family has observe the room , garbage can not empty, for days floors filthy , clutter on floor been there for days , we depend and trust on you for their well being and awesome care, we understand that some day you may be short staff, but if i walk into a room and see a constant strings of thighs that as a former c.n.a , not being taken care of , something is wrong. these people rely on you as staff members and workers... read more

PLEASE THINK LONG AND HARD ABOUT IT. DON'T THINK BECAUSE THEY'RE A NEWER FACILITY THAT IT'S A BETTER PLACE. MY HUSBAND HAD HIP REPLACEMENT AND I HAD TO TRANSEPORT HIM THERE. THEY DIDN'T ACT LIKE THEY KNEW HOW TO GET HIM IN THE WHEELCHAIR. THE RESTROOM WAS DISGUSTING,THEY HAD A ROOMFUL OF VISITORS IN THERE FOR THE OTHER PATIENT,NOT EVEN PULLING THE CURTAIN AROUND TO GIVE MY HUSBAND COMPLETE PRIVACY AS THEY ASSESSED HIM.
