The only good thing I have to say about this place is that I am out of there. There is no professional traits that I could find in the administrative staff. In fact, I was lied to about having an appeal resent as the first diagnosis was wrong. The assistant to Pamela Mason said he would resend with the correct diagnosis. My insurance company has yet to receive any paperwork from November 16-December 1, 2017. They told me if they did not receive any paperwork I would be the one paying.
