To the "Owner", thank you for responding to my wife Maryann Bilgeshouse review. We hope you are truly going to review this situation with someone other then the park manager. He is defensive of and shows extreme favoritism toward the party involved, His "good friend". When I informed him that my wife feared for her safety in the park, his response was "I'm sorry to hear that, that is too bad. There's nothing I can do about it." We are hoping that someone will contact us very soon and we are not being misled again. Thank you.
I and my husband have loved this community since 2012. We bought in Oct 2024, and moved in the following Dec There is a resident who did not like us talking to everyone, he was a former friend from NJ whom we told about CypressCreek Village. We hired a resident to do our generator.Who evidently he did not like. In his mind that made us best friends with him. He would drive by our house yelling at us. He has tried to run my husband over multiple times with his golf cart,has come to our home threatening us with death,witnesses... read more
If you are looking for a friendly quiet community this isn't the park for you. Problems in the park are not taken care of. Management is only in it for the money.
