Very dirty, and the new director only cares about the numbers, not the children's well-being. I think that for what they charge, they should offer better quality and more professionalism. I don't recommend it; there are better daycares for less money.

I have had a child attending in the infant room at KinderCare Cypress Creek for almost 4 months now, and it has been an amazing experience from the beginning. They go out of their way ensure a safe and loving environment while also finding unique ways to include age-appropriate education. Our child is a foster child which means that there are some extra stipulations, rules and circumstances that affect her stay while at day care. Our experience with KinderCare Cypress Creek has been the best! We’ve had both kids enrolled for 2 years now, and the teachers are the best! Very accommodating to your child’s needs and always stay in communication. I love how engaged everyone is with the children. We couldn’t have chosen a better Learning center!

This location Kindercare has changed my entire perspective on the company. The professionalism and consistency that they show here makes it all the better. The Director Nicole and assistant Marybeth are God sent, thank you all for what you do!
