I was told of a special birthday party for a resident who had turned 105 years old. Myself being A certified activity director contacted Amy Hill, who is the activity director for Cypress Cove Center. I requested if I could come to the birthday party dressed as Minnie Pearl. She Excitedly said that I could, and she met me upon arrival and walked me to the area of the birthday party. Cypress Cove Center has the sweetest staff! Amy in the activities is amazing at what she does and she genuinely cares about the residents in the center! This facility has everything you or a loved one needs! The staff is very sweet and helpful as well. I highly recommend them!
Wonderful facility.
The pictures shown are old. Had a family member that was sent there from the hospital to get therapy. Needless to say we left with our family member within 30 minutes. There was no way we were going to leave them there. The odor was awful...the bed was broken...ceiling tiles were sagging like they were about to fall...holes in the wall...closet door barely hanging...the list is way to long to mention everything that was awful...I feel sorry for the ones that have no advocate and have to stay there!!!!
