One of the CNA’s is very rude and has been disrespectful to my mother i didnt really appreciate that her name is Mabeille Jocelyn I do not appreciate her attitude and my mother has been at this facility for 2 years .
Strong services throughout the years for my Mother, with a true culture of service from the team taking care of the Residents.
The staff at the Cottage is incredibly LOUD and RUDE- Why do they scream at each other? They are so consumed with talking to each other, in their native tongue, while my mom gets ignored and laughed at. The entire staff needs to be fired. They are not suitable to take care of another human, especially someone with advanced Alzheimer's. They are also very difficult to understand.
