A big "thank you" goes out to the caregivers and medtech team at Cypress Court! Our 92-year-old mom has had some recent health issues and Dustin Banks (Resident Care Director), Erika Ontiveros (Resident Care Coordinator), and their wonderful staff have sought to make both her transition to a new doctor and new medications as smooth as possible. I’m always impressed with Mom’s assisted living community. We went to the NYE celebration last night and had such a ball. The staff put so much into each event. The food is always delicious, timely, elegant. Last night, Lobster tail! And the party after included drinks, dancing, and balloons! There were so many smiles. My mother isn’t the only one that felt like a kid! Thank you Cypress Court!
So grateful to the wonderful staff for taking such good care of mom. She is making friends and thriving with so much to do. No more driving, cooking and cleaning have been a life saver. If you need a safe, comfortable place with LIVELY people and truly dedicated staff who care then this is the place for you.
Dustin and his staff are always there for my mom. Whenever I call, I get response right away from them. It's nice to know since I don't live close I can make sure she is being taken care of.
This senior living community has impressed me with their experienced staff and positive attitude that is apparent throughout this facility. The staff here are very caring towards their residents, and go the extra mile to make sure their needs are met. I have a great experience whenever I visit, and always leave with a smile.
