This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! You can never reach them by phone. They are always in a meeting or at lunch. After you give up on trying to speak with them by phone, they don't reply to emails. They just say they never got your email. Customer Service is a foreign concept to them. When I did speak with anyone, they couldn't answer simple questions, and instead only offered a sullen, passive-aggressive, defensiveness, and copped an attitude to try and cover for their incompetence.
