PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE. One of the worst experiences I ever had with an accountant. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I tried using Charlie Rupert to set up an s corp for my business for 2025 and emailed them everything they needed to do so back in the start of December and they emailed back confirming they received everything.
