I absolutely love this store. So many options, polite and helpful staff!
Terrible customer service. My son just placed an order for store pickup and there was only one item left. He called to ensure the item was still in stock before we drove over. The woman kept asking him questions like, "Is it Nora Fleming or Mudpie?" It was like she had no clue about their own stock. When I came to the phone to try to help him answer her questions she says, "Ma'am, I'm going to go now because we're really busy." I thanked her for not helping us at all.
