Terrible customer service. My son just placed an order for store pickup and there was only one item left. He called to ensure the item was still in stock before we drove over. The woman kept asking him questions like, "Is it Nora Fleming or Mudpie?" It was like she had no clue about their own stock. When I came to the phone to try to help him answer her questions she says, "Ma'am, I'm going to go now because we're really busy." I thanked her for not helping us at all. I love this place. May be the only local hallmark card shop still available. The staff is very friendly.
Wow. I went to this location for the second time recently. And this time it really stuck with me how rude the woman with the longblonde/greyish hair was. Not only was she not pleasant, when I stuck my hand out to get the bag from her - she didn't put it in my hand. She put it on the counter. I was left with my hand sticking out.
