She didn’t rush through anything, instead she guided me carefully and even identified an opportunity for us to save a few hundred dollars on the reissue rate for our owner’s title policy. She even walked over to our neighbors house to get their signatures as witnesses, and then spent a good hour with us, carefully and thoroughly reviewing the documents, and getting them all properly notarized in accordance with FL rules. Cynthia was easy to reach and set up an appointment on the same day. Very courteous, professional, and understanding. We had to execute a complex and cryptic Trust which necessitated multiple witnesses and an excessive amount of pages requiring notary stamps and she helped make the process a breeze and at a great price.
