I have been utilizing Ms Thomas's agency for almost 20 years to prepare and e-file my personal tax returns. She and her staff have always been responsive, professional, courteous and timely in doing so.

Ms. Thomas’ staff is unprofessional and rude. Ms. Thomas prepared my return for a number of years. After an issue arose with a return she prepared, we asked for assistance. She never returned calls after emailing and leaving voice messages. Would highly recommend using another accountant.
