I have Ehlers-Danlos and injure my hands easily, inhibiting healing and causing a lot of persistent pain. Thus far the work done with Shereen Tan has been incredibly helpful in reducing pain, identifying weakness, gaining strength safely, splinting to avoid possible injuries, taping to relieve pain as well as inhibit hypermobility that worsens injury. Shereen has helped me resolve a range of different issues over the past 6-7 years. I have tried seeing other PTs, but none have compared to Shereen. She is the best! She has treated all of my issues completely and sets me up to maintain what has healed. She is skilled at diagnosing root causes of problems and treating for those. In addition to being highly experienced, she has a natural intuition and loves what she does. Her approach is personable and kind.

Being accident prone I’ve had past experiences with physical therapy, but nothing as effective and results driven as my work with Shereen Tan at the Chelsea location. She has a no- nonsense and direct approach that works wonders. She worked on my wrist and hand following a bad fracture that required a complicated operation + some serious metal hardware.
