I called 74 times in the last 9 hours and I sent 9 emails to them.. I requested for the call back..No one bothers or guide you what needs to be done..Pathetic support..They got the money December last week and this is March first week..Till now no proper update is provided

Never ever go with these scamsters. Simply fraud and unprofessional bunch of people.
Pathetic service by them. They never respond to the email, you ask them query they will never come back with answers. Front end desk will convince you to pay money after that they will forget you. Will not recommend to any one who is serious about tax filing. In case if you dont get any person filing by yourself still would be safer option rather then filing with these people. I feel being cheated. Their estimate is so bad, and the person is not good with laws and tax calculation.
