He’s a really great guy, smart man! I highly recommend him.
I recently had to have rehab services again and without hesitation chose Richard DeKok with Cynergy. He, along with Daniel and Megan, were again the best I believe in Jonesboro and our surrounding area. His office location is in such a good area and very easy to enter from the parking area. I highly recommend this provider.
I was very pleased with care I received by Richard and Nicole at Cynergy Physical Therapy following a back injury. They provided effective, caring services and a pleasant environment. I would highly recommend their services.
This is a great group of people. Extremely friendly and very clean gym and patient rooms. Very good at meeting personal needs from visit to visit and very flexible with the physical therapy routine they have for you. It’s not a one size fits all clinic. Everything is tailored to your needs.
First of all, Physical therapist are considered "health care professionals' and I was very uneasy that he nor the front desk girl wore masks with covid still very much alive. Several months into my therapy, Richard gets covid! I was making progress but declined to go back after he contracted the virus. There isn't a health care facility in this town that doesn't wear masks and it disappoints me that I had to leave for this reason.
