I had my first sports massage with Chris this week. Overdid it on my leg day! He has this brilliant way of being both highly professional and super friendly. He made me feel totally at ease. His treatment room is clean, warm and professional and he draws on his experience as an athlete to give advice as well as deliver an effective deep tissue massage that actually works to relieve muscle aches and tension. Got my next appointment in the diary already!
