Needed a quick dropper post and headset fix and they got me in right away and it was ready it less than an hour. Super friendly staff.
Super quick and easy to rent a bike and even a little bit cheaper than what I paid in Duluth. Everything on the bike worked well and I had a blast out there. Something that would take it up a notch? Put a phone bracket on the bikes so its easier to navigate the trails!
Every time I stop in for a repair or advice on my bike set up they are always quick to help. Love this place.
The staff and experience fantastic. They were helpful in every part of the rental process. They made sure to help adjust the bikes, teach us about the use of pedal assist and even guided us to some great beginner trails. We will be back and bring family and friends along.
4.5/5 stars. It was a fairly busy pick up time on Sat, so we weren’t able to get the suspension adjusted on either rented bike, which did end up impacting our experience on the trails. That said, the prices were very reasonable—competitive I’d say—and we were able to get our bikes prorated which was awesome. Trail access was spectacular and the staff did seem very knowledgeable and kind to customers, just not super available when we first arrived to pick them up. When we come back we will definitely rent from here again!!
