I read the other reviews and was excited to try them out. We went to drop off a tire for repair, during posted hours (about 4 on a Saturday) only to find it locked down. I called and left a message. When they called back, they explained that they are only open by appointment for sales, and despite the reviews, they don't have a mechanic. I found that information greatly disappointing since their online presence does not reflect either of those points. I just bought a ebike online, didn't know how to do the adjustments, took it over to Cameron at CycWard and he took care of me like a champ!! Couldn't ask for a better place to bring my bike. I'm going to use them for now on to service all my bicycles, such professionals, highly recommend!!

CycWard knows what they’re doing! I highly recommend this shop and their services. I brought my bike in for a repair and the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Plus they have a great selection of bikes and gear! This place is a Youngstown gem!
