I will not recommend my friend's to cycology bikes for maintenance!!! I took an expensive carbon fiber bicycle to them for work which I specified in detail! They failed to follow my instructions and left much of it undone. But what they did work on was incorrectly done (overtorquing) in several places. They allowed a mechanic trainee to work on my bike. this should not have happened without my permission! I was very dissatisfied and theyeven overcharged for the work (in my opinion) . Best bike shop in Maryville – I love this shop. I am new in town and had my bikes shipped directly to them. They assembled them, tuned them up and gave me a discount. Now that's customer service. The staff are very helpful and I can't wait to go on one of the Thursday rides. Best part of finding this shop, they are just seconds from my house. Cycology, ya'll ROCK!!
Best bike shop in Knoxville area.
Avoid this bike shop. Staff, especially the owner, are dishonest with very poor customer service. – I am not alone in my poor experiences with this shop. I and several friends have been intentionally misled by the staff including the owner, Tim. When looking at a bike, Tim will overestimate what needs to be fixed to try to rope you into a costlier repair than needed. He has done this repeatedly with myself and I have several friends with similar experiences. He is rude, dishonest, and just plain unpleasant. There are much be... read more
