Best bike shop in Maryville – I love this shop. I am new in town and had my bikes shipped directly to them. They assembled them, tuned them up and gave me a discount. Now that's customer service. The staff are very helpful and I can't wait to go on one of the Thursday rides. Best part of finding this shop, they are just seconds from my house. Cycology, ya'll ROCK!!
Avoid this bike shop. Staff, especially the owner, are dishonest with very poor customer service. – I am not alone in my poor experiences with this shop. I and several friends have been intentionally misled by the staff including the owner, Tim. When looking at a bike, Tim will overestimate what needs to be fixed to try to rope you into a costlier repair than needed.
