My daughter had a problem with one of the wheels on her wheely-walker, finding it hard to manoeuvre, so I popped in on the off chance that they might be able to help. Found a problem with the bearings, but didn't have any small enough, so one of them drove to a stockist and got the correct size. Fixed in a jiffy. Much appreciated gents. Andy and daughter Holly.

Popped in to have a chat about emtbs - even saying up front that I wasn't getting something today. Nick was fantastic, didn't pressure me or rush me out of there and answered lots of questions. As a tourist to Launceston it's great to know there is a solid bike shop with staff that know their stuff and are happy to share advice. I'll be back for sure.
