Nick and Thomas have a wealth of bike knowledge and very happily answer any questions I have no matter how silly they are. My bikes are always serviced in good time and communication about the actual service, when the bikes are ready to be collected is excellent. I highly recommend Cycology for your good value servicing and bike and accessory purchases. There is a small car park out the back of the shop to park for free which is so handy when dropping off and collecting your bike.
Well my tire was punctured yesterday and it was real urgent for me, it hardly take less than 30 mins to fix it. But I was asked to drop cycle for a day to fix it. Meanwhile I got it done in another shop nearby within 15 mins. So I reviewed it on the basis of my personal experience. Otherwise this store is awesome and has almost all equipment’s… don’t feel disappointed it has nothing to do with the quality of your shop rather it is about improving service if possible. Thanks
My daughter had a problem with one of the wheels on her wheely-walker, finding it hard to manoeuvre, so I popped in on the off chance that they might be able to help. Found a problem with the bearings, but didn't have any small enough, so one of them drove to a stockist and got the correct size. Fixed in a jiffy. Much appreciated gents. Andy and daughter Holly.
excellent service 1st class .honest
