Well-stocked bike shop including repairs, with honest, knowledgable technicians who do an outstanding job in a short turnaround time. I walked away from 3 other places that said my bike was impossible to fix as they tried to push me into buying a new one or they just didn’t have the parts. These guys at Cyco’s had the needed special part in stock and fixed my problem same-day at a fair price and the job is solid, having stood the test of time and much use. Definitely my go-to place in Ottawa for everything cycle related.

super friendly at this bike shop,Took my electric MTB to get the derailer realigned It was really bent but that was no problem for them,They were able to fix it in just a couple of minutes, And it was super affordable compared to other places.
Best little bike shop in town!!!
