Recently started a several day bike tour in Springfield on all the great trails. Dropped off rental car and riding back to hotel and broke a spoke. Came in when shop opened and Brittany took great care of us and got us back on the road quickly. Sincerely appreciate the help and great service.
Thankful for the lady that helped my out today my bike handle was lose she had my handle ready to go in no time so I made it to work safely without happen to worry about a loss bike handle thank you who ever she is she deserves a pay raise or promotion
Bought an old bike at an auction and they did an amazing job getting it back in riding order. Very professional and helpful.

Made a trip from out of state to get a particular color of bike and could’nt be happier with the whole experience. From setup to checkout went smoothly. Basically gave me an orientation class.
