Great store! I drive in from out of town for service. They are very knowledgeable and don’t do high pressure sales.
Bought a bike (all city, RIP) that they had in stock and were able to ship to Colorado. Great folks to deal with! Everything was packaged neatly and it was a smooth transaction, highly recommended. If I lived in Springfield I’d make them my LBS!
Friendly service, fixed my breaks, threw in a front wheel trueing. And downtown to boot!
Brought bike in to get fixed. Other shops told me they only work on certain brands. Didn't have that issue at cyclotherapy. Super nice people. Beyond that, they kept me updated throughout the process. Told me that there would be a shop rate added if it went beyond a certain amount of work, other than that I would just be charged for parts. Called me back and said it was easier than expected so at most I'll pay $70 but they won't know for sure until it's done.
