We highly recommend Cyclosphere & Joannès! We recently have had our Rocky Mountain bikes serviced there and everyone is extremely helpful and nice to deal with (we also had great service with maintenance done on our Rize bike). A few weeks ago we went in to discuss upgrades to one of our bikes. Joannès was extremely helpful figuring out what options were available to us.
