Jan 5th 2016 - After I posted my review earlier to share my displeasure, the owner of the company contacted me directly and explained what happened in my case and took personal responsibility to fix the issues. He also assigned the GM of the company to take care of the issue and within a day the tech came and took care of the issue and also did some additional work for free. I have had Cyclone put a central vacuum in two of my past homes, and have had excellent luck! No more buying portable vacuums every 2 years, my central vac has lasted me over 10 years in my current home, and is supposed to last at least 20 years more! Its definitely worth the money, and Cyclone's service is phenomenal. I had a slight problem with my system (which after 10 years is expected) and they were able to troubleshoot me right over the phone with no service charge or service call!
