What a surly bunch of guys! I am a 72 yr old woman, who bought a bike bag from u, which needed fitting on my bike, and which I struggled to do! However, tha attitude from one of these guys was most unhelpful, in that he “ assumed” I had bought the bag somewhere else, and proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for it to b done! Where is the PR??,
