We recently did the Cycling Tom Vineyard Tour. What a fantastic day we had from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the Cycling Tom team leading up to our ride. On the day, we went to Tom's bike depot where we were met by Tom's friendly and professional sister who had our e-bikes all ready to go.
