Decent work but not a great communicator. Told me to come in the day after to pick up my bike but when I did and it wasn't ready he said he had told me he'd call me when it was ready, which was not true but whatever. After a day or two of waiting he called me to ask why I hadn't picked the bike up yet. He was also weirdly standoffish and aggro about me bringing in a Marin bike (he's an official retailer) that I didn't buy from him, almost interrogating me as to why I didn't buy one from him several years ago when I lived hun... read more
The customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS.Some guy claiming to be the owner named Louis. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The man was treating me the same way someone would treat a stray dog! not the way you treat a kind paying customer! NEVER COME HERE (TRY SUNSHINE E-BIKE INSTEAD two locations one in Coral Springs and pompano Beach) OR TRY ANY…ANY OTHER BIKE SHOP THAT IS NOT THIS ONE‼️‼️‼️‼️

I'm being nice with the 2 star Felipe. I'm extremely disappointed with both visits there. You offered me a regular or heavy duty chain for my sons bike and I selected heavy-duty. The very NEXT day it breaks while my son is out riding with friends. He didn't want to hold it and bring it home. I called the next day and notifed Felipe. I took it in again. This time for brake service and a new chain. The audacity of you to deflect and get offended when I questioned the full charge for a chain. You even charged $20 for labor agai... read more
