I'm being nice with the 2 star Felipe. I'm extremely disappointed with both visits there. You offered me a regular or heavy duty chain for my sons bike and I selected heavy-duty. The very NEXT day it breaks while my son is out riding with friends. He didn't want to hold it and bring it home. I called the next day and notifed Felipe. I took it in again. I had a very disappointing experience at THIS SHOP (FELIPE). The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. When I brought in my bicycle for service, parts were lost while it was in their care. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they refused to acknowledge the issue. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to trust a shop with your bike and have it returned incomplete, with no accountability. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service or honest customer care.
Great bike shop. They installed new parts and tuned my bike perfect. E bikes or any other Bike they can fix it.
