Amazing experience here! I brought my bike in to get a bike fit and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He was very thorough and made multiple adjustments to the seat and handlebars in order to get the optimal fit. He also happily answered my many questions, helped me attach my mini tire pump to the bike, and made sure all the gears were working properly.
Great customer service! I had my bike serviced there and had a great experience. Karen had excellent communication during the entire process updating me throughout. My bike was fixed up like new! Thanks to everyone involved. I would highly recommend.
