Took my ebike in to get a flat tire fixed. Wanted to charge me $180 in labor + parts (an inner tube). Then he suggested I take it somewhere else. Is that how you make money? Tell the customer to go somewhere else? Will never go back.
Great experience picking out a road bike. Gary helped me by answering any and all my questions without any hesitation. Thank you for all the help, I will definitely be coming back in the future.
The seasoned cyclist Gary did an amazing job selling my girlfriend and I her first hybrid Vasst bike. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here. 2nd bike I’ve bought from Bills shop. The best store in central ohio in my opinion.
