Took my bike in last week for back tire repair. It took longer than expected, but businesses get busy. It's fixed up right and rides smooth though. Thank you guys for helping in short notice.
Bought my wife an Aventon from Chris last year and came back this year to buy my bike from him. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us both pick bikes that fit our style. His service has been top notch as well. Definitely go to Chris when you are in the market for a bike.
I had a very good experience at CycleZoo. Chris is very knowledgeable and answered all my E-Bike questions. They did not have the color of bike I decided on, but were happy to order it for me. If you are considering an Aventon E-Bike I highly suggest you go see them. They can answer all your questions, you can test ride, and they professionally assemble and service your bike. You get all those services for the exact same cost as buying it online direct. Go see them. You will be happy you did.
TL,DR-Great service, fast turn-around, spot on pricing, support local I was a long time Bike Rack service customer, even though I didn't buy my bikes there. I loved their customer service. I am 100% incapable of anything technical and rely heavily on bike mechanics. When they were bought out by Trek, that service continued until one day they said they did not want non-Trek customers any more, and that would be me.
