Today I brought a friend of mine to cyclezoo to get a new e-bike. My friend has some special needs and this bike is his primary mode of transportation and allows him to be so much more independent. We were met by Chris when we came through the door. Once I told Chris what we were looking for, he completely understood the assignment. My wife and I were thrilled that Aventon E-bikes were sold here. We bought 2 Level 3’s and they are awesome. We have had them for two years and no issues. We have them serviced here as well with their excellent service department. Five thumbs way up for Cycle Zoo! Highly recommend!
Had them do a tune up and replace rear brake, had my wife pick up bike and she did not check it over but when she got it home bike had an 30 error code. It was too late to take back that day so we waited till Saturday to take in and was told what do you want to do. Absolutely no customer service and was told they think the shop down the street worked on my brand. Wouldn't recommend.
My wife and I purchased two bikes from CycleZoo E-Bikes. After looking and going to many bike shops. They treated us very good & fair. We knew our prices, I felt very comfortable at CycleZoo. The showroom was full of inventory to chose from. 5 Stars. Very happy.
