Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Saved my trip by having a BOA lace and taking the time to show me how to make the repair.
Came in to get help seating a tire bead. Guys were super friendly and got us back on the trails super quickly. Excellent part selection too. Love from Canada!
I had the opportunity to visit Cycle Zone on Saturday - January 24 2026. The reason terrified me, however in I went with my Garmin 1050 that decided to “go black” and therefore unusable…Having tried all the suggestions on google, was expecting to have to purchase a new one for some upcoming committed rides I have signed up for with the Kiwi Randonneurs.. Great shop super helpful sorting out a couple of issues with our EMTB’s and got them both serviced as well both bikes are now running like new. Well worth the trip from Napier we will be back cheers
