Where Brompton drop the ball, Cycle World picks it up apologises on their behalf and does the professional job you wanted in the first place. Solid staff, honest and detail driven when maintaining or fixing on behalf of other. They fixed my Brompton free of charge, I’ll always come back here.
Oz and the entire team at Cycle World are an absolute joy. I know that whatever my bike needs, be it electric, road, mountain, bikes for my kids, or general servicing and support they are always there. They are so knowledgeable, kind and friendly, you feel like you are getting truly excellent customer service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. And will be using their workshop and shop for many years to come.

Gearing on my Brompton was faulty and booked an appointment with Cycleworld to have a look. The fixed it on the spot and showed me how to do it myself if it recurs. No charge. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff
