Put stuff on for free
Bought Giant’s top gravel bike 18 months ago for $7,500. The shop did a price match which was convenient since they’re local. Unfortunately, had stuttering issues from day one that still haven’t been resolved after a few visits. The highest 4 gears still don’t work properly. Shop blames SRAM components rather than actually fixing the problem. Good initial service, but can’t seem to fix mechanical problems on an expensive bike.
Good professional shop however I paid for a full service which included hub truing and it never got done, gears also weren't properly adjusted, bit disappointing.
