Visited CycleWorks in July looking for a bike for my wife. The sales/buying experience was great. Our sales guy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He talked with her a bit to get a sense of what she wanted, and then offered advice. The first bike he pulled down was perfect for her. We bought it on the spot. We got a fair price, and excellent customer service. It looks like most reviewers have had a similar experience. I bought my son a bike and ordered some shoes for myself from this shop. The bike purchasing experience was fine, but the shoe order was fraught with problems. After many calls, an extra store visit and lots of run-around, I finally received my shoes after 2.5 weeks had elapsed when the initial estimate was 5 days.
