Not happy with the recent work done on my wife's bike. She has had problems with the shifting so asked for a basic tune up. The desk person had put the bike on the mechanics stand and turn the wheels. And the first thing he mentioned was the chain. I told him the bike barely has 10 hrs ride time. They replaced the chain without contacting me after I said it was good. Best bike shop. Always friendly, never condescending with their knowledge of bikes. Best services, worth every penny... and they barely giggled at my 60 yr old body in yellow Hellman's bike shorts... barely.
