Great staff
We rented a couple of hard tails to use on our vacation without reservations. The staff made sure the seats were the right height and the bikes were shifting properly before they sent them out the door. Everyone was super welcoming and genuinely cared if the bikes performed properly. They had a nice selection of accessories too. We just bought a piece of land in the area and this will soon be our local bike shop. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Not happy with the recent work done on my wife's bike. She has had problems with the shifting so asked for a basic tune up. The desk person had put the bike on the mechanics stand and turn the wheels. And the first thing he mentioned was the chain. I told him the bike barely has 10 hrs ride time. They replaced the chain without contacting me after I said it was good. I am upset about that and the fact that for $110 why don't they degrease the bike before any adjustments are done.How can you check for any problems without cle... read more
