Great job
Neal was huge help saved the day great shop.
Called to see if they could replace an inner tube on my son’s e-bike. The guy said did you buy the bike from us? I said no, he said sorry we only work on brands that we carry. He then proceeded to tell me that no other bike shop would work on it either because there is a chance the bike could blow up. Well first the battery is removable so I doubt that is likely. Second I called the next 3 google searched bike shops in the area. None of them hold this policy. If you don’t want my business that’s ok I’ll take it elsewhere.
Barry is the best bike dude in the business. I always want him to be the one working on my ride!! Store is cool too with access to the Slippery Elm Trail right out the back of their lot.
