Great all round place
About a month ago I purchased a hardtail hybrid ebike with Cycleways and am very happy with it. Ed took all the time needed to explain and adjust the bike for me. However, a week later it didn't feel exactly the right frame, Matt ordered the next size up (no extra charge) and Ed went through the dialing in process again. Great shop and products but it was the service that prompted me to review. Really good comms, written summary of the work done including tips and things to watch for, reasonable time charged for the job and great outcome. Great to find a mechanic and shop I trust and will use again.
