Great shop and products but it was the service that prompted me to review. Really good comms, written summary of the work done including tips and things to watch for, reasonable time charged for the job and great outcome. Great to find a mechanic and shop I trust and will use again.
Primo solutions based customer service that ticks the box every time. Ordered the wrong size product and they were happy to swap it with the right one, and couriered it out on the spot to save me an awkward walk home. Cheers team!
Wow. They order me the wrong charger for the bike. I asked to be very specific because I know there are multiple chargers for this bike. Assured everything was sorted. Of course, wrong charger arrives. They wont take back the wrong charger so now I need to pay for another new charger and they stopped responding to me. Another shady bike shop. Thanks
Called up enquiring about a barb for magura brake hose. I wanted to know if they had the specific product before going in to the store for pick up. The first person to answer the phone was helpful and respectful but not aware of the specific product requested. Passed on to someone in the workshop with an Australian ascent who addressed me as mate and who seemed pressured and rude. Seemed fixated on his own ideas and interrupted conversation. Previously had good experience with this company but this time was a let down
