Thanks Neill, the bike fit worked well. I love the insoles and your expertise helped me a lot with how my body motions work and how to best use it for cycling. I wish I had done a bike fit when I was a lot younger.
Neil fitted me on 2 bikes and looked at things that no other fitter had before like q factor. I've had years of hip pain and he sent me off for an mri to ensure everything is working right. This is the benefit of dealing with him because he is a Physio and understands movement. 4 rides in and im feeling good. I recommend getting in contact with Neil.
I have had challenges related to complex asymmetry and Neill has been on the money every time. This has let me get the most out of the riding that I want to do and minimise the niggles afterwards. Thankyou Neill. Highly recommend.
