I've been visiting Cyclesports for the past couple of weeks to work on an issue with my road bike. Pete has been nothing short of amazing at listening to my concerns with the bike, diagnosing the issues and working towards a fix. I wish every bike shop had staff that were as diligent, professional and pleasant to deal with as Pete at Cyclesport. An absolute gentleman. I feel like I've finally found the bike shop and mechanic I've been searching for!
Pete at Cyclesport went above and beyond. He got my son’s bike back on the road quickly after a big stack by fixing it with older parts until the new parts arrived. Otherwise the bike would have been out of action for a couple of weeks. Amazing service, very friendly and very competitive pricing.
Came in and left within 20 minutes with a new chain. Very helpful and knowledgeable and staff are kind.
