Repeatedly lied to about online order placed but never delivered. Phoned 6 times - lied to each time. Incapable of providing a tracking reference number, then claimed Royal Mail lost the parcel. Emailed several times and not a single reply. AVOID!
I punctured my tire at 17:10 and they closed at 17:30. They said they would help me out last minute and were really nice! If you're south of the river mersey, definitely use these for anything bike related!
Great service and staff, cannot fault
Needed my madone sl6 cabling - Trek quoted £200 for the labour alone, minus parts or extra labour. I won’t say how much in case it’s different per bike, but CS was a lot less. What’s the catch then? Nothing. Supremely skilled, took less than 90 mins to do. Very polite, all staff not just the gent who served me. Epic setup, is a high end shop with the agility to cater for the latest bikes. Going to keep coming here for sure!!
guys repaired my front e wheel for my road bike. excellent job. this was worth waiting a bit extra time but full rim and 700c wheel rebuiled to perfection. great price too. thank u
