What really impressed me was their generosity: even though I bought my accessories elsewhere (due to a separate discount), they offered to fix them for free. Cycle Régis, c’est du vélo mécanique à Montréal, sans fla-fla. On répare, on ajuste, on entretient comme il faut. Route, gravel, vélo de voyage : si ça roule et que c’est mécanique, on s’en occupe. Préparation avant une grosse ride ou un départ à l’étranger, ici ton vélo part en voyage mieux préparé que toi. Sérieux sur la mécanique, relax dans l’approche… avec un clin d’œil assumé à une équipe hors pair qui roule ensemble et qui sait ce qu’elle fait.
Il y a plusieurs mois, accueil expéditif, plus d'attente qu'annoncée au téléphone et 70$ pour un changement de roue arrière sur un vieux vélo (je fournissais la roue)... Pis beaucoup de condescendance pour ce pauvre vélo en fin de vie.
