I've brought bikes over a thousand miles just because I trust the mechanics here to know what they're doing and to do a proper job. Their sales staff are also knowledgeable I'd take their wrenching over most other bike shop's mechanics! if you're looking for a friendly, helpful,and COMPETENT crew, this definitely the place to go.
I had a great experience at Cycles Etc. in Manchester. I stopped in because I had a slow leak in my tire, and Dan took care of it right away. He was incredibly kind, even asking permission before taking my bike off the rack on my car. He made what could have been an annoying problem quick and easy. Justin was also phenomenal. He took the time to talk with me about gravel bikes since I'm considering getting one, and I never felt pressured or given a sales pitch.
