I was in doubt between 2 bicycles, Benjamin went out of his way to set them up so that I could test them. I ended up getting an older bicycle that was still boxed, and they got it ready quickly even though I had a tight deadline. Merci Benjamin!
I was very excited to go here and check out the selection, set on buying a bike for the season. Browsed around for about 45 minutes with 0 help or contact from the staff. I ended up buying a new bike elsewhere. Pretty disappointing but I was much happier giving my money to shop that was willing to work for my purchase.
