I had them change a flat tire on my bike's rear wheel yesterday. Today, I saw that the wheel wasn't secured properly to the brackets. It moved and got stuck in the brakes after I laid the bike down. If this had happened when I was hitting a pothole, I might have had an accident. This has never happened to me when I change my tire myself. I would still buy bike bags or clothes here, but I won't trust them for repairs anymore.

Excellent Service, I went for a bike fit service (Positionnement sur vélo) and Eric did an EXCELLENT job. He was very patient and took a look at absolutely all details to ensure my bike fits perfectly. I have done this for other bikes at other larger stores with various stores around Montreal and its surroindings and this is BY FAR the best. I am definitely switching to do all my bike services here as service is fantastic.
