Frustrated Worst customer service I have ever experienced. What started out as a touch up became a full paint job. They never walked you through the process. There is not enough room in this space to explain their ineptness. I would avoid this shop at all cost. Go to Pro Pedals in Hammonton, NJ.
Cycles Bikyle is aa Disappointing Experience I purchased a carbon FSA handlebar and Zipp carbon stem. I was charged full retail for both only to find out that the handlebars were LAST YEAR's model, though new. While I was there, I asked Alex about my rims, which were Shimano R500's which I had learned have a tendency to go out of round very easily- as I had learned for myself about 2 weeks ago. RecommendedI’m fairly new at road biking but I have ridden may miles on the last three months to understand I needed a better bike. This was the right place to get that bike. When they say you can’t take a bike out of the store until you are completely satisfy and it fits you, they mean it. I have to thanks Alex for being so thorough explaining every detail of the bike. Great bike shop. Really well stocked and a really friendly knowledgeable staff!
Stopped by the store today to pick up a new Bianchi stem for my old road bike. The mechanics on duty were awesome and helped me out. I may have drooled a little (ok a lot) over all of the new road bikes they have. Very cool LBS. Highly recommend it. Will go back in the near future.
