I live in Qld and was referred to Mitchell at the shop, by a friend in Sydney area. I required some advice on drive train problems. He spent time with my on the phone and was spot on and issue was resolved. Really helpful and giving of his time. I will go to him when I am looking to get a new bike. Thanks appreciated.
I ordered an XT deraileur online because It was heavily discounted, rang up prior to check if it was for any particular reason and the guy said he just had too much stock. Part arrived the other day damaged and with unusual pieces making me think it’s not authentic. I sent the guy an in depth email and he never responded. Would not recommend ordering from this shop
