In a word, "Brilliant" The crew here clearly love riding, love bikes and they listened to what I was after. Their advice was based on their own experiences — not sales hype and it was spot on. Mechanic at the workshop went out of his way to find me some random part that’s rather uncommon and swapped it for me on the spot. Super professional and gold standard service from those guys. The way bike shops should all be.
