We went to Cyclerie a few weeks ago and I talked with Floyd, very nice guy,. asked questions got answers, . Then I informed him via Email we wanted two bikes but we were going to be gone a week camping. We came back and My wife and I were sick.and we couldn't do much so I contacted Floyd he walked us through and we put deposits on the Bikes till we picked them up. Very professional and courteous
This is actually our second purchase within the last 3 months. I purchased a new bike in June and after experiencing the many hills of Erie, decided my wife and I need E bikes. Purchased 2 yesterday and the process was so smooth and every question we could possibly have was answered. This is the go to place for all your bike needs.
Floyd was very friendly and knowledgeable. So we did come into the shop knowing exactly what we wanted and even coordinated with DJ, who made sure that even though we had a very specific request he made absolutely sure that we left with what we came out for. And that's huge to me-we drove over 40 minutes out specifically to this spot for a killer deal and the fact that he made sure it happened was awesome. I felt really valued during my visit and would happily recommend to anyone who asks. Thanks!
