I called Cyclepath to talk to someone about hiring some bikes for 2 days. As I’m short I wanted to speak to a person for some help only to be cut off by the person in the other end of the phone saying go on to the website all details are there (they weren’t that’s why I called). Sadly for them they missed out on our business and we gave our money to another rental place in Bright who were very helpful. Sorry Cyclepath.
Just hired an eMTB for the weekend. The bike was in good nick and they also helped set up the suspension and tyre pressure for my size and weight before I got the trails. Even though it was running tubeless I did get a flat on my first day. I took it back to the shop and they put a tube in it right there and then. Great service. Back on to the sweet sweet trails.
Ok, holidays are sometimes stressful. Often its the locals that make the difference between a trainwreck and an amazing memory. Arrive from Perth Saturday 1pm for a week’s cycling in Bright. As so many cyclists do! (Cannot recommend it highly enough as a cycle destination - amazing destination.) Unpack bike, reassemble… but front brake not working, air in line.
