Got some work done on my brakes while visiting, 4 weeks later I'm back to where I began
I rarely post but I need to say kudos to the Cyclepath team! Dropped my bike in for a quick repair late on Saturday arvo. They couldn't look at it till the next day but were straight onto it in the morning. Friendly, cheap, honest and prompt. What more can a cyclist need? Thanks guys,
Me and my family rented some bikes today (per bike 40$ for 3.5h hours)and had an horrible experience. We had a terrible experience. We drove towards Harrietville and unfortunately discovered that the bikes we had rented were absolutely not worth the money. The gears weren't working properly, and the bikes had no suspension. After a while, we turned back, and halfway back, the chain came off my bike, and I had to push it the rest of the way. Poor customer service, refused to help me on the phone with their very poor online bike booking system.
Called in for a Hail Mary part on my Di2 bent and snapped hanger, didn't have a new part but did have a part to get moi out of trouble for free. Then late in the day our crew took 2 bikes in for battle damage repair and got them back before closing. Well priced and quality service front and rear of house. Thank you.
