Horrible customer service! Do not go to this store. They are more concerned with the sale than customer service and backing up their products. They have signs everywhere saying no refunds because they rent out out crap and easier to say no refunds instead of making sure you are giving out good equipment and backing it up. When addresses they are rude and make no effort to rectify situation. So many great ski shops avoid this one completely! You will thank me later
